We conduct user research to ensure we make the best products and services we possibly can. It’s an integrated part of our design process - that’s why we call it design research. All our research is qualitative and aims to provide just enough depth and detail. It's about what the research can help us do, not the research in itself. That's why we don't produce long finding reports, but instead summarise findings into visual tools such as journeys, maps and personas that help us and our clients make key decisions at pace.
